Notify us through the mail before 24hrs from the day the product is received.
The customer will be notified through mail or message about the return acceptance within two days from the day the product is received.
If the product received is damaged the product should not be USED.
At the time of product return the product should have all the accessories and also it should be in the same package.
At the time of the return process, make sure that you submit the invoice as proof of purchase.
Make sure the collection executive does the packing in front of you and ask him for the acknowledgment copy.
